What we know about Georgia? Not so much, actually.
Post soviet country, orthodox, extremely beutiful and extremely poor. Ancient culture. Amazingly tasty food and amazingly kind people. And of course very beautiful women.
But what we knew about fashion over there? Nothing.
yvan rodic went to Georgian fashion week and found some "fashion in streets" of the capital - Tbilisi.

Spirit of the CCCР in M HKA

I was always inspired more by people than something else in this world. Yesterday i' ve a met a splendid person on the opening of the exhibition in M HKA. It is enough to look in his eyes and understand how honest what he creates. His art is pretty simple sometimes even primitive. Hamlet did not know anythig about american video-artists of 70-s (he grew up in Soviet Armenia) and also there is no strong conception in his works. But in the same time he was one of the first video artists in USSR. Hamplet Hovsepian was inspired by Jean-Luc Godard and François Truffaut in early 70-s and decided to shoot something just for himself and now you can find his works here in Antwerp.
